Refund Policy
At Sam Craigon Golf, we aim to provide high-quality products, coaching, and services. If you are not fully satisfied, the following refund policy applies.
Retail Products
Unworn and unused retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Custom-Fit Equipment
Custom-fitted clubs and bespoke orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once the order has been placed, unless the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specification.
Coaching Sessions and Lessons
Lessons and coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will not be refunded.
Fittings
Fitting fees are non-refundable but may be deducted from the cost of equipment purchased on the same day, where applicable.
Faulty Goods
If an item is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with manufacturer and consumer rights guidelines.
